Shipping
We hand make each item after we receive your payment. We ship your handmade jewelry no later than five business day after checkout. USPS standard ground shipping please allow 7~14 days.
Shipping cost includes packaging and handling.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each item is new and hand made for each order. Since they are hand made for each order we don’t accept returns for undamaged goods. We check and guarantee our quality before we ship each item.

Tip for jewelry protection
* Please take the jewelry off when you swim or shower to avoid the color changing.
* Sweat or dust may change the color of your jewelry. To clean use a soft cloth and wipe the item after you wear it. Store in an individual bag to avoid contact with air or being rubbed with other jewelry
